At REMA TIP TOP Australia, I have led the end-to-end strategy and execution of the company’s presence at multiple career fairs, trade expos, and industry showcases, ensuring every event reflects our technical strength, team culture, and national capabilities.

These in-person events are pivotal touchpoints for attracting talent, reinforcing client relationships, and building trust with industry stakeholders — and I ensure our brand shows up with clarity, consistency, and creativity.

Objectives Across Events:

  • Strengthen employer brand visibility among skilled trades and graduates

  • Position REMA TIP TOP as a leader in material handling, surface protection, and engineering services

  • Support recruitment pipeline growth by creating stand-out booth experiences

  • National Career Fair Activations

    • Led booth design, print collateral, giveaways, digital slide loops, and on-site engagement

    • Coordinated with regional hiring managers to align messaging and job openings

    • Created digital follow-up packs and QR-code based application workflows

    • Supported visual design for custom-built trade stand and print displays
