At REMA TIP TOP Australia, I’ve led the planning, design, and execution of multiple Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaigns — each one focused on enhancing company culture, strengthening community relationships, and elevating brand reputation across industrial sectors.
These campaigns spanned national observances, health initiatives, diversity awareness, and local community engagement — and were crafted to feel authentic, relevant, and values-aligned.
My Role Across All Campaigns:
Developed full campaign strategy and rollouts, aligned with national calendar events and internal goals
Created branded visual content, including posters, newsletters, social posts, and SharePoint pages
Coordinated with branches, HR, and national teams to ensure widespread participation
Managed vendor relationships and community partnerships (e.g. WAAC, charities, local councils)
Designed interactive elements (e.g. team activities, volunteering, morning teas) to build genuine connection

Pride Month
Rolled out a national awareness campaign promoting inclusive language and workplace culture
Created social content, digital banners, and a SharePoint hub with downloadable assets
Organised Pride-themed morning teas and internal messaging templates
Engaged employees through badge-making, WAAC partnerships, and volunteering opportunities
National Reconciliation Week
Launched an internal campaign focused on cultural understanding and respect
Created visual resources featuring the Acknowledgement of Country, RAP commitments, and Indigenous partnerships
Hosted interactive team discussions, curated educational content, and promoted Reconciliation Australia’s initiatives
R U OK? Day & Mental Health Initiatives
Designed campaign branding for internal wellness communications
Facilitated local and national team engagement through themed morning teas and resource packs
Linked communications to broader themes of safety, mental health, and culture
Pink Ribbon + Breast Cancer Awareness
Managed campaign rollout including posters, donation tracking, and social spotlights
Supported team-led events and created easy-to-share content to raise awareness company-wide
